Returns

If you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, we offer returns subject to the below conditions. All returns must be in original condition, unused and undamaged, with the original tags attached.

• Full priced items:  Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, less the original shipping fees. 
•  Sale Items: Discounted items or items that have been purchased during a sale event are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Please note that the store credit value will match the amount paid at the time of purchase, less original shipping fees. 
• All returns to be sent to Strumpet PO BOX 1309, BARWON HEADS, 3227.

 This does not take away your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee.
